Meet Jonothan Briscoe


Jonothan joined the firm as a partner in 1995, having come from another law firm in Rotorua. Jonothan is a litigator in family and criminal law. In family law Jonothan deals predominantly with property relationship issues and receives regular appointments from the Court to represent children in custody disputes to ensure they are appropriately represented. Jonothan also works extensively in the criminal team undertaking defense work.
